Back-Crack Addicts Anonymous

I will soon release a book and/or video/teach a yoga class regarding the following addiction. It is real, and I have been suffering (rejoicing in glory*) for several months now. The addiction has reached such intense levels that I can nearly crack Beethoven's 9th, stay tuned!

My chiropractor wanted me to save myself for him... We broke up. How selfish!
